As a life-long resident of Oshawa, Stephen has seen Durham Region build and grow into what it is today. He grows rapport with his clients and many of these business relationships evolve into friendships, which he cherishes. Much of the reason he began a career in real estate, is because of his love of people.
Stephen likes people, and many of his hobbies and charitable causes deal directly with his friends and the community. Once a professional bowler, he founded the Vacation Club Bowling League in Oshawa. Every year he participates in fundraising events for his charitable organizations, including: Run For the Cure, Keller Williams Red Day, and their annual Christmas Turkey Drive.
